Tom yum salmon instructions
- Tumis bumbu halus, daun jeruk, sereh hingga wangi dan agak kemerahan.
- Masukkan kaldu udang/air. Tunggu mendidih.
- Masukkan udang, tunggu setengah matang. Masukkan salmon. Tunggu hingga matang dan mendidih.
- Masukkan tofu, pakcoy, jamur merang, dan jamur salju (sebelumnya jamur salju direndam dengan air biasa/air dingin ya biar mekar dan lunak, teksturnya seperti jamur kuping hitam, kenyal tapi lebih tipis). Tunggu hingga mendidih dan matang.
- Tambahkan garam, gula. Tes rasa. Matikan kompor. Tunggu sebentar, kemudian masukkan perasan lemon dan aduk kuah..
- Sajikan selagi hangat 😊.
