  4. Masukkan tofu, pakcoy, jamur merang, dan jamur salju (sebelumnya jamur salju direndam dengan air biasa/air dingin ya biar mekar dan lunak, teksturnya seperti jamur kuping hitam, kenyal tapi lebih tipis). Tunggu hingga mendidih dan matang.
  5. Tambahkan garam, gula. Tes rasa. Matikan kompor. Tunggu sebentar, kemudian masukkan perasan lemon dan aduk kuah..
  6. Sajikan selagi hangat 😊.
