  12. It's 30 gr of Jamur Kancing di Cincang halus.

Dakjuk (닭죽) is a chicken and garlic flavoured porridge dish. It is made by boiling a whole chicken alongside garlic and onion to make a wanderful, deep broth in which rice is then cooked to form a porridge consistency.   1. Siapkan semua Bahan-bahan, rendam beras selama 15 Menit, Cuci bersih dan tiriskan..
  2. Campurkan kedalam panci, Air,ayam, Celery,Sebagian Garam, Chicken Powder,Dan Merica Bubuk. Rebus sampai ayam lembut..
  3. Setelah matang,angkat ayamnya. Potong dadu daging ayam..
  4. Masukan minyak wijen dan beras kedalam panci rice cooker,ON kan rice cooker dan tumis beras sampai harum..
  5. Tuangkan kaldu ayam,dan masak bubur sampai hampir Lembut..
  6. Setelah bubur Hampir lembut, masukan daging ayam yang dibpotong dadu, Wortel,Celery,jamur,sisa garam,dan sisa chicken powder. Aduk rata dan ON kan kembali rice cooker. Masak bubur sampai semuanya lembut..
  7. Penyajian : Setelah masak. Tuangkan bubur Ayam Korea /Dakjuk kedalam mangkuk dan taburkan dengan topping di atasnya..

Dakjuk is korean cuisine made from Chicken meat boiled in water and mixed with garlic and onion spices. Then add the rice and cooked until cooked.
