  1. It's 500 g of tulang ayam untuk kaldu (boleh ceker atau bagian sayap).

  1. Pertama tama kita buat kaldu ayam atau chicken stocknya terlebih dahulu. Ini simple ya, saya hanya menggunakan tulang ayam tanpa oil & vegetables. Masukan 500 g tulang ayam (bisa juga pakai 500 g ceker) rebus bersama 2liter air dengan api sedang selama 20-30 menit. Sampai mendapatkn kaldu ayam sesuai yang kita mau..
  2. Siapkan ayam yg sudah di bersihkan, sebagian sudah saya fillet lalu potong kecil kecil menyerupai dadu. Sebagian lagi dalam bentuk utuh (seperti sayap ayam).
  3. Cuci bersih kentang, wortel & jamur enoki lalu potong sesuai selera. saya rendam air wortel dan kentang agar warna kentangnya tidak oksidasi ☺.
  4. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, garam, gula & lada secukupnya hingga benar benar halus untuk mendapatkan soup yg deep taste..
  5. Panaskan minyak secukupnya dengan api sedang, lalu tumis bumbu yang telah halus bersama 2 ruas jahe yang sudah di geprek terlebih dahulu sampai harum. Tambahkan sedikit kuah kaldu yg sudah jadi lalu masukan ayam. Rebus sebentar setelah itu masukan kentang, wortel. Setelah ketiga bahan setengah matang tambahkan jamur enoki, garam, gula, lada rebus hingga matang sempurna. Jangan lupa koreksi rasa. Selamat mencoba ☺.
