Ingredients of Bibimbap

  2. Prepare 1 porsi of nasi putih.
  3. Prepare 1 genggam of toge.
  4. It's 1 ikat of bayam.

Bibimbap (비빔밥) is a large bowl of rice topped with an array of individually prepared vegetables and meat and served with a gochujang (고추장) sauce. Bibim means mixing, and bap means rice. Bibimbap instructions

  1. Cuci bersih sayuran lalu polong-polongan, dan rebus hingga matang. Sisihkan, buat telur ceplok, sisihkan. Tumis bawang putih (untuk bahan bumbu) hingga harum sisihkan..
  2. Buat tumisan daging, tumis bawang putih cincang dan bawang bombay masukkan daging cincang aduk hgga berubah warna tambahkan sedikit air, masukkan kecap manis kecap asin merica dan minyak wijen. Masak hingga daging empuk. Sisihkan.
  3. Siapkan 4 mangkuk. Isi setiap mangkuk dgn kecap manis, kecap asin minyak wijen merica dan gula pasir aduk rata. Lalu masukkan sayuran yg sdh direbus td di mangkuk tersebut (1mangkuk 1 jenis sayuran) aduk rata,.
  4. Penyajian: dalam mangkuk tata nasi putih, lalu letakkan sayuran dan daging diatasnya lalu taruh telur ceplok. Siap disajikan dgn pasta cabe nya/gocujhang nya.
