  1. Pertama tama kita buat kaldu ayam atau chicken stocknya terlebih dahulu. Ini simple ya, saya hanya menggunakan tulang ayam tanpa oil & vegetables.   4. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, garam, gula & lada secukupnya hingga benar benar halus untuk mendapatkan soup yg deep taste..
  5. Panaskan minyak secukupnya dengan api sedang, lalu tumis bumbu yang telah halus bersama 2 ruas jahe yang sudah di geprek terlebih dahulu sampai harum. Tambahkan sedikit kuah kaldu yg sudah jadi lalu masukan ayam. Rebus sebentar setelah itu masukan kentang, wortel. Setelah ketiga bahan setengah matang tambahkan jamur enoki, garam, gula, lada rebus hingga matang sempurna. Jangan lupa koreksi rasa. Selamat mencoba ☺.
